• Free credits have no cash value and are non-refundable

• AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected results
• We do not guarantee continuous or error-free service availability
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, if any

7. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated via the service interface. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You may terminate your use of the service if you do not agree with the modifications.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
